Select the + tool and click on the image to zoom in (it takes a moment to react - you may have to click twice before it does).

Select the - tool and click on the image to zoom out.

Select the hand tool to move around on a zoomed image.

Select the 4-way arrow tool to rotate the object. Try moving vertically as well as horizontally

Select the square tool to reset the image to the original viewpoint.
